A graduate of IMT Atlantique, Michael has always worked in consulting, with initial experiences in the telecommunications industry (SFR, Orange, Virgin Mobile, etc.), and for several years in the insurance sector (at MNT and DiotSiaci). As Director of the Digital & Technology Division, Michael assists his clients across the entire value chain, from digital strategy to the launch of products with a strong technological component.

Patrice is a graduate of ENSEIRB – MATMECA. After starting his career as a technical engineer, Patrice has shifted his focus to business and IT consulting for banking and insurance clients for over 20 years. Patrice has been involved in projects related to the overhaul of information systems with a budgetary focus and in RFI and RFP processes. Additionally, he has contributed to all project phases, from scoping to deployment, including testing and migrations. Patrice spent more than 6 years working in the Benelux region (BGL BNP Paribas, Euroclear, and Cardif Lux Vie). Over the past 10 years, Patrice has specialized in life insurance and asset management, particularly in implementing software solutions and portfolio acquisitions.

With 12 years of experience in the banking sector, he has worked at Société Générale and Natixis CIB before transitioning to financial services consulting at EY, Deloitte, and then Avanty. At Avanty, he assisted several African and international banks in their strategic, operational, and technological transformation

As Director of the Business Unit, Sébastien is responsible for developing the business units within the firm. With over 15 years of experience in implementing IT projects, he specializes in the field of social protection, where he assists key players in this ecosystem (mutual insurance companies, insurers, brokers, specialized software providers) in their transformation and the optimization of their information systems.

Director of the Asset Management/Securities/Brokerage Business Unit

A 2005 graduate of EFREI, Clément began his career as a research engineer before advancing into roles as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the Asset Management and Private Banking sectors. This allowed him to develop a dual technical-functional expertise, particularly on projects related to the deployment of Front-to-Back software and Data Management. In 2014, he joined InAdeo as a Manager and later became a Senior Manager, fulfilling his desire to contribute to the growth of a consulting firm. Clément embarked on the Avanty journey when it merged with InAdeo and assumed the role of Director of the Asset Management & Life Insurance Business Unit in 2022.
